Elijah was an amazing help in getting my pool to turn back into a sparkling blue beaut. Was able to execute multiple tasks such as electrical work, chemical application and pump maintenance. He is thorough and will definitely get your pool up to code. Pricing is steep (as is everything nowadays) but the quality and care is well worth it.

It was a great experience. They repaired my pool pump within a day or so and were very reasonable. I was impressed from the office to the owner by their friendly and professional manner. They kept me in the loop during the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back the next time I need a repair or upgrade.

I did a pool and patio remodel. They removed all flagstone around pool and patio. New travertine coping and patio, glass tile, sauna, and pool resurfacing. Took a little longer than expected but time of completion was reasonable and everything takes longer these days. Good workmanship. Had a problem with tile and Stevie made it right, replaced it all. He is a man of his word. Great value over other bids. Was easy to work with, kept me updated, and was available for calls.

Had other repairs and equipment replacement done. Always high quality professional services. Always arrived on time.

I've been using Southlake Pools for over a decade now. Ben, the owner, has always been great to work with and definitely knows all about pools and the equipment. The staff has been great, overall. Whenever I have an issue with equipment, they are prompt to respond, friendly to work with, and typically give me a good price on parts/labor. I've replaced pumps and salt cells, among other things, through Southlake Pools. They also do warranty work on most equipment. I highly recommend this company for all your pool needs.

He saved us! Our pool was a nightmare for a couple months. We didn't know who to use to repair it. My husband has said that he is one of the two contractors that did what they were hired to do, on time and it looks good. He found the pool half full of water and in need of repair. He worked on it for two months and he would drop everything to come over and assist us, we are about 30 minutes away. He would come over and review samples and discuss options for us. He also re-textured my deck with cool decking and painted it. He worked with me to bring my ideas to life. He was good with providing me updates throughout the project. He and the crew showed on time as scheduled. He was excited to work with me and add the special details I was looking for. He loved helping me bring my vision to reality. We love the results. It looks phenomenal!

Barton fixed some lingering issues with my pool automation that my pool restoration company (to remain nameless but they mis wired a lot of stuff and broke a wire making my wireless automation useless) put in after the freeze in February. Nice guy, very knowledgeable, and a hard worker. Will use him again and highly recommended.

I've had a hard time finding a reliable pool company that does a good job. Since I hired Aquaworkz, my pool always looks good. I especially like that they make themselves available for any issues that may happen (due to weather or something unforeseen) and do their best to take care of it asap. All during the pandemic when other services were not available, I never had to worry about Aquaworkz showing up like clockwork, taking care of me/my pool. It's nice to know there are still good companies with a good work ethic that care about their customers!!

During the pool remodel they kept in constant contact until the project was completed. We were also very impressed with how clean and picked up they kept the work site during the whole project. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had.
