"Readying a large house for estate sale with indoor in-ground pool that needed resurfacing and tile work. Tony was recommended by my broker. Tony showed up and provided a reasonable quote quickly as well as answering all my questions. He got to work with his crew a few days later and did an outstanding job with the tile and resurfacing! The pool looks sparkling and brand new. Tony and crew were punctual, professional and personable. They also cleaned up the pool area nicely and installed handrails. "Iron Earth is the complete deal. They took down an 70 yr old garage that had seen much better days and replaced it with an exciting new garage and RV Port with a storage loft. Dan Faris and his crew did a marvelous job of tackling every step of the process; from planning, permitting, design, teardown, removal of old garage and every facet of the build. Unlike some contractors I've experienced in the past, he listened to our wants and needs. Discussing what could and couldn't be done while providing the details. I knew they were offering us to be partners in the process, not telling us what the project would be like others had. The team was professional and reliable i knew I could trust them in every facet. Iron Earth Construction and Dan Faris will be my go to for future projects, as I know I can rely on them."

"I had a 30 plus Y.O. kidney shaped pool that was showing wear and tear, but the patio surround was in the poorest shape w/cracks, sinking and make shift sections of concrete replacements sadly needed. NW Pools performed a rock star job on breaking apart the old patio, reforming the current pool putting in a wading area for grand children all with their awesome natural stone looking overlay and new patio. Their commitment to my satisfaction and their ideas of what look to have were awesome. They were timely, honest and like family. They came in on budget and I believe I was fortunate to have had them do my job. I couldn't imagine I would have gotten a better price or better workmanship. Their attention to detail was amazing and kept the rest of my home and yard from disruptions in the course of their working. I was so impressed I did what I could to help and stay out of their way as they worked so hard. The least I could do was buy them lunch and provide water for what few breaks if any they took. They were driven and professional to the core. The pool and patio was just stained yesterday and is a few days they will come back to put the sealer on it all. After that the pool plaster in the bottom will be done with the new 5 color pool light installed. I have gotten so many compliments from friends, family and neighbors you would be amazed. This will be a big treat for us and for our new little grand babies to enjoy at Grandparents home. Owner of NW Pools said the kids may think that fish will be coming out of the rocks any minute as they swim underwater:) I also had Casey add some exterior patio formed boulders into the hillside to keep the beauty bark and dirt from migrating to the patio, good idea Casey. He also made a step up to a dive jump into pool rock and few symmetrical stones on the patio to conceal some electrical outlets conduits rising from the patio and sitting stones for Moms to watch their children from along the pools edge. We would highly recommend Casey and his family crew to our friends for any jobs."

"My pool was such a gross mess. Trying to maintain a farm for the first time and never owning a pool before either, it was such an overwhelming task for me to learn how to keep a pool. It didnâ t help every year that something would break and past pool people would take advantage of the fact that I didnâ t have any knowledge about pools and overcharge me for fixing them or replacing parts that I didnâ t need or couldnâ t use. It was just one thing after another in order for me to get this pool running, so I ended up trying to dig my head in the sand about it. I hoped to get it filled with dirt or leave it empty, but Hugo informed me of the problematic issues of doing those things. Before Castle Pools, no one else would touch it. As soon as I mentioned it was green, every pool company would back pedal and tell me they were too busy. I didnâ t realize there was a certain time of the year youâ re supposed to have your pools done and apparently calling in May was too late in the season. But Hugo and Brenda were the only pool company who were willing to help me. Never once did they make me feel like I was a terrible pool owner or like I had done something wrong or out of the ordinary. They basically told me donâ t worry, we got this, so you wonâ t have to! What a relief and I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted off my to do list. They have a full clientele and I didnâ t realize this, but they still made it a point to come after their normal business hours to check on the progress as we were emptying out the pool and refilling it. It went from being a pond housing a village of thousands of frogs and salamanders to being a crystal clear, working pool again. It took two and a half days of pumping it out and another day of pressure washing and pumping, and 4 days of filling with water, but it actually is a luxury I will get to use now! I have lived here for over four years and Iâ ve never once been able to use my pool! Aside from the great care they have given our pool, Hugo and Brenda are also just genuinely good people. They have a great energy about them, are friendly, reassuring, and reliable. They communicate well and always came when they said they would. A big huge thumbs up for them!
