"Joe was amazing! We hired him to help with family in ground pool which my mother used to take care of but had since passed away. Joe call me back within an hour on a Saturday and came on Monday. He spent many hours installing a new filter and fixing the piping. He even stayed late on his birthday to make sure the job was done correctly. He then followed up to make sure we knew how to backwash the pool, called us multiple times to make sure it was running, and was just a true pleasure to work with! Very honest and very helpful! They were able to complete our job which was replacing our deterioting concrete and slate deck with pavers. They were able to save the current liner which no other pool company said could be done since we needed to replace the track for the new paver coping.
