They truly want the pool to look nice and be well maintained. Madeline always brings treats for the pets including dogs, cats, horses and goats. She even gives treats to the neighbors dogs. Needless to the pets are always happy to see them and they don't put up a fuss. When I had surgery last year they came over and helped me prepare my house for my convenience. A kindness which was greatly appreciated. They also helped me put up a retractable pool fence I needed done. "We purchased a 3800+ sq. /ft. house in Woodland Hills that had a very nice floor plan, but the house had too many issues because the previous person that lived there, abused and neglected it. The house needed to have a complete remodeling from floors to ceilings. Sadly enough, we had only 2 months before we needed to leave the other house and to move in to the new house. Our main problem was that because of the remodeling that we wanted to do, we didn't want to live in it. Adi and his crew agreed to take the house and work under this challenge to complete the main things such as the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replacing the floors, dining area and windows and they did a perfect job. During the first stage of the remodeling, they replaced the old floor, took out the old shower and tub in the master bathroom and rebuilt a large walk-in shower. They applied ledge stone around the kitchen island, create an access to the backyard from the master bedroom by removing a window and install French doors. - They replaced all the damaged baseboards and casings; - In the kitchen they removed the old style look and added heights and dimensions to the cabinets and building new ones where needed; - They refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house to a more modern cream; - Painted the entire house. Not only that Adi got the work done on time for us, he also did a great job and mainly was able to keep it within budget! I must mention that his estimate was competitive compare to the other contractors that we spoke with. Adi is a truly professional contractor. He's extremely knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but he will also get in there and do it right along with his workers and subs. Everyone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the results."

"We had a re-do of our 30year old pool, new equipment, new lights installed, he remodeled a defunct pool cover pit that looked bad at the entry end of the pool, filed with concrete & brick nosing. He replaced all the tile with updated tiles. The Pentair equipment is so quiet you can hardly hear it running. A very fine job he did for us!!!"

"We researched and contacted about 7 major pool builders in the San Diego area. From among those businesses, Jim was among the most responsive. We were able to schedule our appointment promptly and Jim impressed us with his knowledge about pool building. We wanted a simple rectangular pool to match out midcentury modern house, but our backyard had a large slope. This made it difficult to place the pool in a way where if wouldn't stick above ground at the deep end. Jim from Southland Pools proposed an elegant solution with a raised patio and spa and steps leading down to the pool. In his proposal he also included a retaining wall to match the style of our house. He took care to listen to our vision and worked with us to make adjustments as the construction progressed and we requested changes to the patio layout. Our experience with other builders was that they would not be willing to help us build the patio (only the pool) and none would tell us that our original design didn't work with our landscape. Jim was very polite but also let us know what parts of our vision wouldn't work technically and always offered an alternative solution. In fact, his knowledge of how pools are built was much more useful to us during the planning process than a sales pitch from all the competitors. Jim's offer also was the most competitive, including the patio work and upgrades (i.e., lights, salt, pebble, auto refill). Once our permits were secured (~ 2 months for us in SD County expect costs not included in contract), work progressed rapidly with Jim overseeing each stage in person. Jim's workers and sub-contractors were professional and highly skilled. The quality of work was excellent, and we are very happy with a beautiful new pool matching the mid century modern style of our home."
