Had them build my pantry in my kitchen. Shelving was slanted, painting not completed, trim not completed, and paint all over my floors. IMPORTANT: I had my fireplace inspected today by the gas company, and had I used my fireplace my whole family might have perished. They hooked up the gas line to the propane line instead of the main Keep your family safe"

"Don’t anyone use this place. Hollywood Pool and Spas sold me a 2017 spa at a 2020 price. They told me it was a newer model and I trusted them which was my fault. The workers who delivered it were very nice but one guy wreaked of pot plus anytime I have called the store whoever picks up the phone several times has sounded pretty stoned. When they delivered my spa they scratched the side of it and part of the shell. Shelby is the one I deal with and can never get a call back. The speakers also don’t work in it and I am still waiting for the. To make that right on the spa. Still have not sent me a manual that I requested when I bought it. Very low class people and terrible customer service"
