She is amazing - incredibly sweet, open, honest, listened to what we wanted and designed a beautiful pool - we did and do not feel like a number just calling a company - at the moment we are debating on actually going with a larger pool than we originally thought, because we were amazed at how low the pricing was as well, compared to 2 other companies we had previously met with. "David replaced the Pentair pump on my above-ground pool, after the old one failed prematurely. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips to make sure this pump won't fail on me...he installed fittings that will allow me to easily disconnect and store the pump for winter. Despite a delay from the pump supplier, David stayed on top of the situation and kept me informed on the status. I'm happy to have a pool service that I can count on for my future needs.
