Luckily, it was an easy fix, and I wasn't charged anything more than the fee to come out since the problem was simple. I thought they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I even had some additional questions about some other things I had noticed with my equipment and was given great information on how to fix the problem. I am happy to have a pool company that I can rely on for any future issues with my pool and would recommend them to everyone I know with a pool. "Perfect process. I did a lot of research on pool companies and decided on Anthony and Sylvan. Dan, the pool designer, was amazing. He designed our pool to our wishes and did not try to upsell us. From excavation to completion, our project manager kept us informed on the progress. Our project manager came by quite often to supervise the process and always sent us photos of the progress. The pool came out perfect. If I ever build a pool again, I will only choose Anthony and Sylvan. So many pool companies subcontract out and do not supervise the subcontractor’s work. Anthony and Sylvan does not do that."
