After ironing out some misunderstandings and issues along the way, Greg and his team worked diligently to transform a disgusting pit into a sparkling swimming pool dressed in new tiles, skimmer, deep end steps, and refreshed deck. They also addressed hairline cracks and hollow spots to ensure stability and proper plaster adhesion, guaranteed to provide years of fun and enjoyment for the entire family. They clean up their work site daily and hauled trash away. And as promised, Greg delivered all that just in time for the 4th of July celebration! We love our new pool and appreciate Greg and Gavin for staying committed."

"I had an excellent time watching Bobâ s team come together. Every project that was part of the pool, like the pavers and the screening was completed within 2-3 days the most. You still must have patience when installing a pool, itâ s a big team working together and itâ s definitely a big job that is time consuming. Bob definitely uses one of the best screening company, the pavers came out wonderful and I appreciate his help designing the pool with spa!!!! Itâ s definitely Worth the wait and the upgrade. You have to remember itâ s adding Value to your home, I went with one of his best designs, itâ s costly but I donâ t regret it one bit, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. His team is amazing, they care about their job and they stop and answer any questions you have at any point. Their a strong team. I would leave my home any time of the day and leave them here working and it was never a problem. They cleaned up extremely, extremely well, and left everything organized. "Core Mechanicals' tech Jason came in and inspected our A/C system. We had problems with it freezing up. They checked the pressures and added refrigerant to fix that. They did an inspection of the entire system and found our air handler to be extremely dirty. He removed the handler and brought it outside where he thoroughly cleaned it (it took a couple of hours to do. It had a lot of dirt and hair. It was really gross to see that was where the air that my family and I were breathing in came from!) The system is almost 5 years old and he removed the dirt and hair that had accumulated in it over that period of time. I highly recommend getting that done by them! The air quality in my house is so much better now. My family's allergies have been so much better, especially with the dog in the home. My system works and cools much more efficiently and they showed me how properly install the filters, that is very important for capturing dirt and dust. So worth the cost! Cleaner air and my electric bill was even a little less! Jason was very informative and explained the workings of my system to me, I never really gave it much thought before. I am having them back out to install UV light/ air purification system. I highly recommend them! Very prompt, knowledgeable service, very professional! Jason said he works from Key West all the way to Key Largo, and works on all brands. I believe they are a Lennox dealer and they also do pool heaters. They are my A/C guys from now on!
