I felt like he was very trustworthy, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other companies. I was told Charlie was going to be a Project Manager. Charlie made everything go smoothly, always listened to any special requests I had and was eager to make sure it was done the way that I wanted. Believe me, I am very picky. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because their communication are lacking. They were not great at keeping me informed of their schedule. I had to email them a number of times to find out when they were coming."
