"We had a very difficult project -- the existing concrete and fence had to replaced, along with the pool's concrete bottom, vinyl liner, and some of the plumbing. Midwest Aquatics was the only contractor of 4 or 5 who examined the job, that would do all of the work (concrete & pool work). The quality of workmanship was good, as long as my wife or I was staying on top of the work being done -- however, when we weren't able to watch over the details, MWA's project management and communications were poor. There were several cases where re-work had to be done, 2 serious issues that we're still stuck with, and contention over $$$ owed."

"Linda at the office was great in providing all the information and scheduling. Core showed right on time. First spot checked all the jobs to be done. He made a list for any supplies needed and before leaving Corre evaluated the bathroom caulk job as well as the tile. The extent of the job to remedy a slow water leak was discussed with me. After hearing my needs it was determined that it needed so much work it wasn't worth it. So total remodel was discussed. Core moved on to the other jobs and did a beautiful job. Before he left Corre sketched a drawing and took measurements to submit to the office for an estimate. He also evaluated a roof venting for a stove vent for a later job. I definitely would like him to return to do the job if a remodel is decided. Corre was friendly, polite, and very professional.
