If there was ever an issue or concern, Clinton responded himself within a few hours of contacting them. When our pool filter shorted out in a storm, they were there within 2 days with a new filter and gave us a fair price. The billing is easy, they give you a paper copy as well as send an email providing a bunch of payment options. The receptionist is efficient and someone always responds and answers. They send reminder emails before coming to service your pool. Communication and work is great."

Douglas Vunk was my main contact for this project and he and his crew did a great job with everything. He also has provided me with a prompt emergency service once, and is flexile with his scheduling when the scheduled service date does not work for me.
