"John and his son are a family-run business. John was quick to respond to my complex job. He drained, acid washed, brushed and refilled my pool - which had become a green swamp of mold, mosquitos and possibly a pool monster - lol - after I became seriously injured, hospitalized and unable to care for it. I chose John because he was a straight up/ no BS communicator, he was kind about my health situation, and he was very knowledgeable about restoring pools and pool maintenance. My pool is now a sparkling crystal blue, and I have chosen Level9 for my monthly pool services. It has only been one week of service but $150 a month for their weekly service cannot be beat. They balance chemicals (and email you a weekly report with all the chemical levels and what they added). They brush the pool walls, skim the top, make sure the pump is running and check the filter basket. My only reservation is that they bill in advance for their monthly pool maintenance services. So you are paying for services not yet rendered. They could give inadequate service, not show, go out of business but you've already paid them."

"Great people to work with. Dave's bid was very competitive and within an hours time. Work started on 10/12/2023 and was finished on 11/01/2023. Job included total pool replaster and tile replacement. Also ground, leveled low spots and resprayed 1400 square feet of Kool Deck that is just great looking. This all took less than 3 weeks. They come in do the job and clean on their way out. I would be recommending this company to any pool owner that wants a great job at a fair price to at least give these guys a call. They are the real deal."

Once the pool was refinished they started the water in it that very day.
