"I bought a Big Deal for 3 men for 2 hours with a moving truck for under $200. I had everything very prepared, furniture was empty & clean, drawers removed, ready to go. They wrapped all furniture with packing blankets & my super large mirror with bubble wrap & packing blankets. Alex & one other man packed, drove, unpacked everything in just over the alotted time, but didn't charge me extra. They were great...punctual, fast, efficient, neat and very personable. "They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."
