They communicate every single detail and made sure they had alignment even before the material purchase. They sent pictures to confirm and called me on the weekend to answer any questions my wife and I had. 2. Attention to detail. This was a complex Reno including a full lift and retaining wall amongst many many other complexities. Not once did I see a sign of carelessness or cutting corners. They came several times even after the job was finished to make sure the pool was cleaned, leak free, and to make sure we were happy. "I hired Steve after another contractor messed up my pool repair and heater install project. It was a mess. In fact, Steve was visibly upset by what had been done, which made me think he really cared about making it right. He gave me a quote that was within what I expected to have to pay and he pretty much stayed within it, although we discovered that the gas line to the heater needed to be upgraded, which added some expense and was unforeseen. The lines were old and needed to be checked anyway, so I wasn't too upset. Once that was done, the heater was up and running and was a godsend for a pool that stays in the shade a lot of the day. Steve also re-situated my filter and made it work much more efficiently. The circulation improved amazingly and I had very little to do for upkeep the rest of the summer. During the project, Steve had a serious family emergency and also had a contractor with an injury that delayed some of the work and he was so apologetic, even though neither were in his control. It was nice that someone was that caring about my possibly being inconvenienced, which I really wasn't. I mean, I was anxious to get in the pool, but after what had been done to me previously, I had learned patience. He was back on the job as quickly as he could be. I would absolutely recommend Steve. He's a busy guy and sometimes you have to be patient, but I think his work is well worth the wait. If he is too busy, he will let you know and recommend someone to help."
