The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because their communication are lacking. They were not great at keeping me informed of their schedule. "I bought a new home that had an older pool. I guess it sat empty for a few years so there were a number of issues. We knew we needed a resurface, but didn't understand the extent of the damage due to lack of maintenance of this pool. We called and got a quote. Everyone we worked with was very nice and helpful! The sales person told us what was needed and the job was done quickly. Our pool is beautiful and our backyard is no longer an embarrassment!!"

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
