I mean the communication during the planning process, was polite and to the point, not to mention the young lady, Nikki, I dealt with over the phone had all the information and prep work all laid out for me; Made it painless and Easy. Day of the the installation; Business Owner, Bill was to my house early already setting up for success! I spoke with him briefly and within a couple hours, My NEW Pool just appeared and was already being filled with water! I can't stress enough how shocked I was at how easy and quick this entire experience was! I was so excited that Night I call all my Grand kids over for a pool party the very next day! "My original contract with O Donnell Pools was 2 years ago to have them remove all tiles, resurface and paint my gunite pool and install all new tiling. When they completed the work the 25 year old pool looked brand new. I then contracted with them for opening, closing and weekly service and have been extremely pleased with the services provided."
