"Bill, the owner, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job replacing the liner for our above ground pool. He also did some extra things he noticed at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Spartan to anyone who needs work done on pool. It was very refreshing to find someone who still takes pride in their work these days."

"I am tremendously impressed by, and grateful for, John Baum's professionalism. I've had many different "pool guys" in the past, and now I'll never use anyone else again. John quickly responded to my service request, spent 20 minutes on the phone discovering and understanding my needs in detail, then on the day of my pool opening he and his assistant showed up on time, did a complete job, answered every possible question I could ask, and then CAME OVER THE NEXT DAY to see whether my pool was cleaning properly and to ask if I had any additional questions. - As a busy attorney, I especially appreciate that John B. responded to each of my text messages and didn't leave me waiting, guessing, and frustrated (as so many other pool/repair/contractor guys do.). He's former Army and is diligent, efficient, and detail-oriented, which are EXACTLY what I need in any contractor at my house.
