DEMPSEY SAID HE COULD FIX CYNDER BLOCKS IN POOL, YET DID A BAD JOB SINCE BLOCKS WERE PRETRUDING THRU LINER. WON'T RECOMMEND DEMPSEY, AND MOST DEFINITELY DEFINITELY WONT REHIRE HIM AGAIN."
