"Went great. Bob is a total pro. Deck needed extensive repair work due to rot and instability. Bob salvaged as much of the structure as possible and rebuilt the rest. Cost a lot less than a total rebuild would have. Would highly recommend him for any contracting work. He can basically do it all."

"Khaledâ s team was a pleasure to work with. They kept us looped in at every stage of the project, they were incredibly organized, and really made it a point to minimize any impact to us. We are very happy with the project and would highly recommend Abalia."

"Brennan and team did an amazing job constructing our new pool deck and repairing the existing decks. They were very professional and always communicated when they would be onsite. They did great work installing cable railing which modernized the whole look of the deck. We are very happy with the results and would hire B. Lagrassa Construction again!"

Not to mention, they help us all pool season with any and all issues that we may have, whether it's a chemical imbalance or filter issues. "Greg and his team were excellent to work with. We put in a kidney shaped, gunite, salt water pool with a slide and a dive rock. It came out great. We use the team to open and close the pool each year too. We recommend Greg and team for your pool install and maintenance."

While it is possible to put a pool on a concrete slab, it’s not recommended. This can damage the liner of your pool and creates a rough floor that’s not pleasant. Professional installers use a sand base to create a level surface and ensure that your pool floor is comfortable.
Sand is a fine material that creates a smooth bottom for your pool. Other materials, such as dirt, could contain rocks that damage your pool liner.
Pool sand is also known as mason sand. The different types include concrete sand, yellow mason and white sand.
