"I am a new customer of Phalan Construction. entirely pleased with the quality of services delivered. I hired Bob to reattach a fallen roof shingle, wall-mount a clothes rack, and power wash and stain my rear deck. As various as these jobs were, each was promptly and efficiently done to a high standard. Bob's charges were transparent and fair, and he was also a pleasant guy to have working around the house. "My original contract with O Donnell Pools was 2 years ago to have them remove all tiles, resurface and paint my gunite pool and install all new tiling. When they completed the work the 25 year old pool looked brand new. I then contracted with them for opening, closing and weekly service and have been extremely pleased with the services provided."
