"Charles was easy to work with and always accessible, answering texts and calls quickly. We received the written quote the evening after he came to our home to view our pool. The quote was a fair price. The whole job went so fast – from start to finish in 2.5 days! We did have a slight hiccup when the new wall fittings were being replaced with 1/2 inch instead of 3/8 inch ones– which would not have given enough pressure for waterflow. It caused us a slight panic, but Charles came immediately and it was corrected. Overall we had a good experience with Charles and his wife Lisa."

"There were like, do-overs on the material I had laid down around the pool. The punctuality of the people showing up was unpredictable. I still have an issue I have to discuss with them. The training they provided to me for managing the pool was really not provided. They just sort of said here was the instruction book, go through it.
