    Mr Jerry and his team came and evaluated our pool. He gave us a fair price. Then he removed the existing liner in preparation for the new one. When the new one came in, installation was expedient and professional. If you need to replace your pool liner, we would highly recommend that you get an estimate from Mr Jerry.

    I hired him to change my pool liner. He ordered the wrong size and had to wait for another one to come in. Wasted the entire summer with no pool. The pool was leaking and he couldn't figure out where it was leaking. I told him that it had to be the light after a process of elimination. He cut the light and used some sort of poly to fill in the light to keep it from leaking. Long story short, I have to pay someone else to fix his screw up over $1,000!

    He promised to come back and redo my liner he want answer my calls and tells me now itÂ’s been to long . He has lied to me and wish I could post the liner wrinkles on here post on Facebook so some may see how is work is . He was so friendly and great personality but fake as can be . Want out people

    He knew I needed help with pool equipment. He said free estimate. He showed up said he was really a pool liner expert but he could fix my Hayward valve. He charged $85 service call plus replaced spider gasket, key valve o/ring. He left I OD $123. I went to check his work after he left it was still leaking, he did come back and fixed at no extra charge but he actually tightened screws so tight on valve he broke the entire plastic valve. Also his new spider gasket had bubbled. Now I've called him 6 times no answer, he knows it's a customer he serviced but won't answer my calls. Very, very upset and out $123 plus had a new pool specialist come diagnose and tell me what happened was the screws tightened broke my valve. I'm out $123, plus new purchase valve & spider gasket , o- ring of $103. I purchased @ pool parts locally. Now I need to pay to have fixed again. More $$$. So very upset. Hope people read my review knowing this man, Jerry Douglas, is not honest.
