"You would not think a pool heater repair would be an emergency, but when your grandbabies are coming from the north and all they talk about is swimming, it becomes one. I called A LOT of pool repair companies over the last two hours and could not get anyone to come out last minute, and even though I gave each company the lo error code displayed, no one except the Pool Heater Guy offered any troubleshooting advice. I am really hoping that his tips work, but if not, you can bet he will be getting my business!!! Any company that puts the client s needs before the sale deserves 10 stars!!!"

"Water Bay Pool and their representative from sales to installation are a joy to do business with. We had an issue with the pump shortly after the installation and the issue was resolved in a few days. I Highly recommend this company. We love our pool and we are happy that Water Bay Pool is there to answer any questions and to service the pool very if necessary."

"I discussed my pool with one of the owners (Vinnie). He had me submit photos and then set me up for service. I am a first time pool owner and just purchased a home in Davenport, Fl. The technician that serviced the pool was very knowledgeable and patient with answering our questions. I was very pleased with my pool cleaning. A great start!!! ☺️"

"Justin was professional and personal. He came out, assessed the issues and recommended a new pool heater. I had 4 quotes and he was the best and most professional but with a kind personal touch. I appreciate his discussions and educational info he gave me so I learned a lot and trusted his judgement. Did a lot more than just fixed the main issue. He spotted a few other minor needs and took care of them. GREAT SERVICE and fast. Thank you Clear Water Pools and Justin for your speedy kind service"
