"You would not think a pool heater repair would be an emergency, but when your grandbabies are coming from the north and all they talk about is swimming, it becomes one. I called A LOT of pool repair companies over the last two hours and could not get anyone to come out last minute, and even though I gave each company the lo error code displayed, no one except the Pool Heater Guy offered any troubleshooting advice. I am really hoping that his tips work, but if not, you can bet he will be getting my business!!! Any company that puts the client s needs before the sale deserves 10 stars!!!"

"I could not be happier with this company from contract to completed projects. It all starts with the sales guy Marty. He was right on time for the consultation and the next day I had an estimate. I got several estimates from other companies, and Blue Horizons was in the middle -- not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The first crew to show up drained the pool and replace the tile which looks amazing. We then had to have a leak fixed which Blue Horizons doesn't do but they coordinated with the guy who fixed the leak so I didn't' have to do that coordination. Next up were the paver guys who do amazing work. We also had a drain installed so it took these guys about a week to finish, but they were there every day by 8a and worked until at least 5p and somedays later. Once they finished the pool refinisher guys showed up a few days later to refinish the pool Once the water was added they sent a couple guys out a few times to make sure the all of the chemicals were correct. I had one small issue and I sent an email to the office at 10p at night. By 7a the next morning someone had responded and had already contacted my crew when they got there for the day. They have some of the best communication and timeliness of anyone. Wish I could use them for all my jobs around my house. :)"

"Cleverblu rep Nomar was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the service I needed restoring the pool back to swimming condition."

"I have been very impressed with these guys. They resurfaced my pool and installed a new pump, filter, chlorinator, and lighting (basically redid my entire pool setup). They got things done faster than I expected and were very insightful, answering my many questions along the way. I was so impressed that I hired them to do my weekly pool service. Great company!"

"I am extremely excited about my pool. Water Bay Pools came out answered all my questions, presented my options and built a pool that my family enjoys daily!"

"Manny, I have used Southwest Pools for the last 6 years. Manny was key in remodeling my pool when I first purchased my home. Manny maintains our pool on a weekly basis and has addressed and made any repairs necessary over the years. Manny was also key in facilitating a recent leak. My mind is at ease when it comes to the care of my pool knowing Manny has always been reliable, honest and professional. I would not think twice about trusting the care of my pool to Manny and Southwest pools. They are top notch! Mary"
