"I was very happy with the work Mark did until it came to the final clean up. He told me he would come back and vacuum the pool and pressure washer the cool deck. He didn't'. The contractor he hired to plaster the pool left 2 big containers with trash and pool plaster he said he be back to get them. He didn't. I called him my husband called him and he tell us he be there in a day or two. Well now it is 3 weeks later since he finished the pool and the containers are still setting in my neighbors yard."

"Oklahoma Waterscapes did a great job on the pool build. We ran into groundwater issues and they remedied that. The only issues I had were with the post build. The vacuum included with the build, the supply line was cut too short by the pool school guy and they never fixed it. The flagstone coping was delaminating and it took awhile to get the warranty work completed. Finally, some of the concrete is cracking around the pool and they told me the stamped concrete they poured was not covered under warranty. Overall I am happy with the build. The pool is beautiful and we love it. Was just a little unsatisfied with the service post build. I’d still recommend them for a pool build."

"Playa Pools did a great job on a fairly large underground plumbing repair job, replaced a skimmer and had to remove and replace existing brick to make these repairs. It turned out great and brick work looks great! I would give them 100% but I am still waiting on them to come finish cleaning the residue off of the brick."
