"Im a realtor and use/recommend Arwood waste for junk removal/dumpsters on properties that have renovations or rental cleanup. Cheapest Ive found and has always been right on time while providing a professional service. Last time I needed junk removal was for a home we were selling where the renter destroyed the home and left it full of junk and trash. The young man for Arwood Waste showed up a little early and removed all junk from inside and out on the driveway which required two loads. I came back to inspect and was surprised to see that not only was the junk/trash removed but both inside the house and the driveway had been cleaned and swept. "Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."

"American Home Improvements & Remodeling completed the job under budget and ahead of schedule.  They began the work by removing all of the old worn out shingles and ridge vents and installing 30# felt underlayment.  After hoisting all of the shingles to the roof of the house, it was amazing how fast the crew were able to install all of the new shingles.  After most of the new shingles were in place, they installed new aluminum drip edge, new vents and new pipe collars.  The job site was also meticulously cleaned up after the work was completed.  We were surprised at the speed the company was able to complete the job from start to finish. 



Michael provided plenty of "before" and "after" pictures.  The before pictures helped us make informed decisions prior to initiating the work.  The after pictures were the show piece of the company's work. 



Michael also supervised all of the work throughout the entire process and explained how the new roof was going to be installed in great detail.  What was most impressing the most is his honesty and work ethics.  For example, there was excess material at the end of the job.  Unlike other contractors, Michael subtracted the cost of the excess material from the final bill.  Now that's being honest and ethical.



Mr. Radan also even went out of his way to ensure the work got completed ahead of time.  For example, the roofing supply truck had difficulties entering my driveway in order to hoist all of the shingles to the roof via a hydraulic lift.  Michael made sure the roofing supply truck was able to unload all of the supplies. 



We will certainly do business with American Home Improvements & Remodeling again and again.

"The pickup went pretty well, except the charge for packing materials was several hundred dollars higher than the APT estimate. It turned out that Moving APT does not move anything -- they are a broker located in Florida. Everything is great when you talk to them. But they assigned our move to Streamline Moving and Storage, a small company located in Las Vegas, NV. Our move was from NV to CA.] Streamline told us they charge their rates, which seemed excessive, for boxes, plastic wrap, etc. It didn't matter what the estimate was. A year later Streamline failed to call us to inform the day and time of delivery to our new home. Thankfully we were there, and the movers were friendly and helpful. Several pieces had minor damage, but several had badly cracked and warped wood. They had assured us that our furniture would be stored in an air-conditioned warehouse. If the warehouse is environmentally controlled I cannot understand how the wood could become so badly warped and cracked. After submitting photos of the damages we received ZERO response. Streamline stopped responding to my calls, texts, and emails. I know that APT is only the broker, but I would not deal with them again. I would prefer to deal with one company for the entire move."
