Unfortunately our dog was sick a few months ago and we were left with several stains on our carpets.  We tried to clean the stains ourselves with a carpet washer and pet stain remover, but the stains remained.  I was convinced the carpets would need to be replaced.  They are 21 years old, so it seemed logical that we were better off replacing them then spending money on having them cleaned, as I was also convinced the stains would never come out.  On a whim, I called EnviroClean, received a quote over the phone, and they were able to come out the same day.  An hour an a half after the EnviroClean technician arrived, my carpets are beautiful and almost look like new!  We will definitely keep these 21 year old carpets for much longer now that they look so great - and no pet stains!  Very professional, courteous, and held the quoted price.  The technician was very experienced and was quickly able to assess the stains and determine what specific products would be necessary to remove them.

He did not move furniture as that was not part of the quoted work.  I'm not sure what that would have done to the price and the response time if I had requested that, but I received the exact services I needed and am very satisfied.  P.S.  The dog is now fine and we still let her on the carpets!

"Dropping off our things and settling up at our storage unit right now. Looking good! These guys have been great. Really diligent packing. Our things were packed so well it looked like we just brand new furniture. Definitely could not have done better ourselves. We pre-packed a good bit with Home Depot boxes but the did the heavy lifting and fragile packing with kitchen essentials. Then we transported all our two bedroom apartment stuff up to a storage unit all in a days work!"
