The quote is non-binding, as you can always add or delete items. in our case, the crew decided that the items for removal could be packed easily and tightly on the truck and take up less room. As a result, the actual cost was lower than the estimate. This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window.
