I needed a large (8 foot wide) roller shade given to me by the previous inhabitant of my condo installed. Tim was patient with all my questions and gave me an extremely reasonable quote where other vendors couldn't be bothered with such a small job. Tim suggested a better install method than was previously done which involved cutting the width of the blind and the valance just enough to fit into the frame of the door. I am so glad he did, because rather than being a bit of an eyesore, the install is virtually invisible until the blind is lowered.
