Philip was prompt and efficient. He had necessary tools with him and obviously knew what he was doing. My traverse rod and drapes were installed properly and my drapes are now hanging where I wanted them. He was considerate and kind also. I am elderly and appreciated this. Above all else he knew what he was doing and dit it well.
