"Fantastic experience from start to finish! I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with the quality of service I received from this business I had to take the time. I was referred to Sarah and Chad of Gotcha Covered to replace some window coverings in my home. I was impressed with their professionalism, insight, and communication throughout the process; from design to installation, I have already had them do two more projects at my office. The service that stood out the most for me was their communication and honesty. During my first project, I was interested in motorized blinds. I had questions that Sarah couldnâ t answer, but she told me she would get back to me with the details, and she emailed me the following day with all the information I needed to make my decision. While waiting for my window coverings, I received several emails updating me on the progress and quickly scheduled an installation appointment once they were ready. Another impressive part of my experience was that during installation, one of the shades was slightly damaged. The damage was so minor I did not see it, but Sarah and Chad pointed it out and promptly reordered the shade. Again, I received multiple emails regarding the status, and the shade was replaced quickly."
