They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"The outcome of all this work was nothing less than superb.   Even though these pieces were originally purchased 50 years ago and the furniture looked tired and thread bare, Atlanta Craftsmen was able to give all my furniture a lovely, fresh look for reasonable cost.  In fact, many of the pieces never looked so nice as they do now.  Also, I want to add that I have two little, active dogs who love to climb up on the long couch, and I was concerned that if I chose a fabric which was too delicate for my dogs, the fabric would suffer.   Olivia suggested that she also make a slip cover that would form fit the slipcover the couch, which was made of heavy-duty cotton.   When I want to remove the slipcover, all I have to do is unzip it.  This was a brilliant idea!   Now, the dogs can freely climb up on the couch, and I don't have to worry about the lovely fabric underneath becoming soiled or prematurely worn.

Don't even think about buying new furniture again.    Restore your old furniture.   You'll have beautiful pieces at a fraction of the new stuff.   Atlanta Craftsman Interiors is as good as it gets!"

"I thought I would have a finished, ready to use shower but after the job was done, I was left with a new shower that had large gaps between the shower edge and drywall and was told I would have to pay another $350 to get it fixed.  I originally was going to have a tile shower installed, which would require a $350 shower pan, but decided to get fiberglass which I was told doesn't require a shower pan.  I was still charged for the shower pan. 

EDIT: After reading Carl's response, I've changed my review.  I think it boils down to a lack of communication or misunderstanding on both of our parts caused partially by difficult personal circumstances, and that all other areas were quite professional and of high quality. They did a great job on a new water heater for which I wrote an all A's review.  I've got the trim for the shower handled with my friend so no worries there.  I would recommend this company's services plus, as I said in my other review, they are cool guys and fun to deal with."
