Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. I would highly recommend Jim for any scale job! You would be hard pressed to find a more skilled or professional contractor!"

"Dave came out promptly for a free measurement and showed me a catalog of available products. I was concerned with light for my bedroom so he helped me select ones to black out the window. We had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks after the measurement and they were installed correctly. I have had the blinds for 3 years with no issues, and the room is black when the blinds are down. Great service, prompt installation, I would highly recommend this installer."

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."
