"I have called Mr. Lopez for help with several projects and he always quotes a project for repair if possible and then goes to replacement if a reasonable fix is not an option. In this case, he replaced my garbage disposal unit with a new one, cleaned out my dryer vents to the outer wall, and then verified I have good insulation in my attic but that a cooling fan would not work up there related to my HOA rules. "John didn't have the address, but his wife called and I walked over to greet John. I supplied the base board and paid John for the nails. I didn't have the right kind of caulk so he supplies what he had on hand. He measured, cut and installed the base board in the three hours that was paid for. It really is good looking.

"He wasn't pushy like all the other Window salesmen I interviewed and he gave me the best price for high quality Windows. No other salesman was able to top his price and it's mainly because Luke doesn't have any overhead. He's very laid back and a good dude in general. When he was installing my windows I had to leave for an hour, he was very cool about it and waited for me to get back to finish installing my windows.
