"Oscar is more than reasonably priced, he shows up when he says he will, and although his English is not 5 stars, you can communicate.  It helps if you make a list of things that need to be done with some details.  He also works rather quickly, and does not waste time. He is most adept at wood working, painting and electrical, and window cleaning. He is also very trustworthy, and it is not an issue to leave him on his own or give him a key.  
Also, men of that trade generally have a bad habit of talking down to women (making the false assumption they know nothing about construction, at which point they are of course fired).  Oscar has never done that, he is fine taking instruction from anyone, or giving you advice on matters he may know more about.  Highly recommended."
