"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"It couldn't have gone better. Precision Safety Films came out and were on time, courteous, and made our windows look fantastic. Keith spent the day in our home and was very polite. He answered all of our questions and worked very hard. The windows looked great when he was done. I used to get a lot of sunshine in the afternoon and the tinted hurricane film cut down on the heat and the glare. I feel safer with it there already and it looks wonderful. "Customer Service was extraordinary! I contacted the office on two separate occasions to check appointment times. My request was handled quickly, competently, and by a wonderfully friendly voice. I needed a large (8 foot wide) roller shade given to me by the previous inhabitant of my condo installed. Tim was patient with all my questions and gave me an extremely reasonable quote where other vendors couldn't be bothered with such a small job. Tim suggested a better install method than was previously done which involved cutting the width of the blind and the valance just enough to fit into the frame of the door. I am so glad he did, because rather than being a bit of an eyesore, the install is virtually invisible until the blind is lowered.
