Customers say: Quality work
"I found By Demand Installers to be prompt, professional and their work was excellent and installed my draperies to my satisfaction...even assisted me in ordering additional fabric to complete the window treatment, when I thought that the fabric was no longer available. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends."

"Considered professional painters they did not prime or prepare our walls, just painted over everything including things that were even stuck to the wall. We feel they were just trying to get everything painted in one day. Got paint on carpet and dining room table. We also were told and suggested to get a very expensive paint x3 which we did only to have my husband go back to store and buy two more cans because the paint was bleeding through. We have brought cheaper paint to cover a darker color and only had to use two coats. I would think professionals would know this in advance."

"We highly recommend Bloomin' Blinds! Our experience with both Scott and Graig was fantastic from beginning to end. They came right to our house, showed us hundreds of swatches and materials, walked us through the installation process, and even taught us about features that we didn't realize our windows had! The window treatments were just installed yesterday and they look absolutely stunning, we love the TDBU natural woven shades that we chose with their help. We initially liked a natural woven shade swatch that was very far outside our budget, but Bloomin' Blinds worked with us to find a similar swatch that ended up being almost half the price. The wait from the day we ordered the shades to the day they were installed was less than 3 weeks; we were prepared to wait 6+ weeks for them to arrive. We are really impressed with Bloomin' Blinds and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for window treatments!"

I’m a responsible person, that has been working in construction for over 8 years. Hard worker trying to have a better life for my family and myself.

Custom window treatments cost $800 per window, ranging from $150 to $3,000 for materials alone, before labor is factored in. Blinds are the most economical option, while custom curtains and drapes are more expensive due to intricate designs and premium materials. The final cost depends on your style preferences, material quality, and the complexity of the installation.
Mini blinds are the most cost-effective window treatment available, providing efficient light control and exceptional value. They offer the lowest cost option at $600 per set and serve as a dependable solution for budget-conscious homeowners. Roller shades and valances offer cost savings by avoiding premium materials, ensuring that quality design and functional installations remain uncompromised.
Prices increase with larger windows, premium materials, and additional labor for complex installations. High-grade fabrics, hardwoods, intricate designs, and motorized hardware all contribute to the total cost. For instance, drapes run more than Roman shades because they use more fabric and detailing. Still, a well-chosen treatment pays you back in style, privacy, and insulation.
Layering treatments—say, a sheer shade paired with floor-length drapes—adds depth and polish to any room. Sticking to one color family keeps the look cohesive while mixing textures boosts dimension, sound absorption, and energy efficiency. You also gain flexible light control, shifting from full sun to total blackout without swapping hardware.
Energy-efficient window treatments lower energy costs by minimizing heat transfer through advanced fabric technology and design. They block excessive sunlight while maintaining a consistent indoor temperature, thereby reducing the demand on heating and cooling systems. They retain heat in winter and keep your home cool in summer, maintaining year-round comfort and producing measurable savings on electric bills through superior energy management.
Bay, picture, and dormer windows rarely pair well with shutters because their unique shapes demand more flexible coverings. For a cleaner fit and better performance, choose treatments tailored to those dimensions—think custom shades, drapes, or valances that accentuate the architecture instead of competing with it.
