This is the second time using them for plantation shutters, this time in our new home. Seven windows, glass slider and patio door were done, and we went with the 4.5 inch size. They also removed the old blinds. The installation went great and the installer was fast and efficient. Rene' stayed the whole time, assisting the installer where possible. The blinds came out fantastic! We are very pleased with the outcome. What a huge difference! The whole experience with Rene' and her company was outstanding. I highly recommend them! Thanks Rene'!!"

"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."
