"Larry was efficient, and punctual. The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5, is because I had to call multiple times to get him to return after the final install to finish sealing two window shutters. Otherwise, he deserves 5 stars. Even though Larry gave me a 10% veteran's discount the total turned out to be very high, or so I thought."
