I had many questions for Andrea and she answered all of them, such as how the cellular shades I would buy would fit with the architectural design of my house. She was also very careful and thoughtful in advising me on the color, texture, sheerness, and configuration of the shades. The shades work well and are beautiful. I am very happy!"

"Great. Initially I was going to just get blinds cut at home depot and install it myself. Then I was too busy and decided I was going to hire Chris to install the blinds I got. However, he quoted me a price that was a bit more expensive than Home Depot, but it was custom cut blinds (so that the length also fit the windows) and the price was not by much more. It was definitely more competitive than the 4 other contractors I got quotes from. The only downside was I was told it would be about 2 weeks and it took 4 weeks for the blinds to come in. At the end of the day, it was a minor inconvenience for me. I still got a great price, and when the blinds did come in, Chris got one of his workers to come in on a weekend morning (the guy told me he was working OT) to accommodate my busy schedule. Once he unpacked all the blinds, it was extremely efficient and the installer was very professional. So, I really have no complaints. The blinds were beautiful and did fit perfectly as guaranteed. Chris originally came by to measure my windows at my request (I initially measured them and sent it to him for a quote) just to make sure. He was great and easy to work with. "I thought they were very positive. I liked them. I haven't had any window work done. I don't remember how much the cost was. They didn't do any work, so this is on their approach and bidding. I didn't use them because I haven't had the windows done. They did follow up and call me a couple of times, and I really appreciated that. I haven't decided and I am leaning in the direction of the contractor who came out to look at it; I just didn't get a bid from him. I would rather contact them if I decide to go with them."

"Was referred to this company by my friend Glen when we were remodeling our house, so I decided to get windows and shutters from WDG- Everything's been great! They did a great job with designing and installing as I needed everything to be custom.
Step 1- they sent a designer for the consultation who made recommendations and took measurements. It's good that they send a designer and not just any joe shmoe because he was actually very helpful in giving us suggestions and we ended up changing some things around because of his recommendations. 
Step 2- bid was sent to us, we signed the contract and sent out deposit. 
Step 3- our windows were made, they called us and set up installation and everything turned out great. 
After we were satisfied with our windows, we decided to get shutters from them as  well, and I am very satisfied. Since we were returning customers they even gave us a better price.

"I can't say enough about how positive my experience with Budget Blinds was. I contacted them for an estimate to hang my draperies. Alex responded back promptly with a very reasonable quote.  I decided to give Budget Blinds a try.  While trying to schedule our appointment, the first few dates that were available conflicted with my work schedule.  Alex was extremely accommodating and scheduled a day and time that worked out perfectly for me.
In order to access the window, I needed to move some heavy furniture in my room. I stressed my concern that I would not be able to get the assistance needed in time to clear the path for the work that was to be done. I was assured that they would be glad to move the furniture for me and install my coat rack.
