The owner came to our home, measured our French doors and returned in record time to install beautiful, perfect, custom shutters!! We wished we found him sooner than later - the first company we found could not provide shutters for our French doors - get this, the French doors shutters were installed months before the first company. We wanted to cancel the first company but we had already paid 50% deposit but the first company wouldn’t cooperate. "I thought they were very positive. I liked them. I haven't had any window work done. I don't remember how much the cost was. They didn't do any work, so this is on their approach and bidding. I didn't use them because I haven't had the windows done. They did follow up and call me a couple of times, and I really appreciated that. I haven't decided and I am leaning in the direction of the contractor who came out to look at it; I just didn't get a bid from him. I would rather contact them if I decide to go with them."
