The whole experience was phenomenalâ ¦ price, product selection, quick (timing) turn-around between ordering and installation, and finally, the extremely flawless installation. Since we had such a great experience the 1st time, when we needed additional window coverings, it was a â no brainerâ â ¦ we went straight to Malia/CO Custom Blinds and again I was not disappointed! As great as the first experience was, this 2023 ordering/installation seemed even easier (Most likely due to the â at easeâ feeling I had from my prior experience). "I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."
