"I can't say enough good things about Bob and his team. He was the only tinting company I actually got a call back from the first day, and worked hard to provide incredible services within my tight window (no pun intended!). Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible, and the installer Mike was very talented and punctual. Bob warned of a potential for small cracks between the window and the tint but you would have thought the tint was a part of the actual window. I would hire them 100x over and cannot recommend them enough."

"The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago. The windows are good quality. The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam. The deck was done 2 years ago. The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes. The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.
I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May. He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg. I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call. The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded. I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls. I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home. I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.
