"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"My technician diagnosed the situation and installed vinyl siding that I kept from original job two decades ago, on the front part of my house where a wooden deck had once taken residence. You cannot tell the old from the new, which is good since it is the front of the house. Communication with the office and especially with the technician on the job was fantastic to say the least. He listened to what I wanted, and then professionally did the work. I had one or two other jobs, though little and wooden in nature, so I kept him a little longer to complete them. They also were very careful to keep our walls nice and used really high quality materials at a fair price.
