The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. "Dave came out promptly for a free measurement and showed me a catalog of available products. I was concerned with light for my bedroom so he helped me select ones to black out the window. We had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks after the measurement and they were installed correctly. I have had the blinds for 3 years with no issues, and the room is black when the blinds are down.
