The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"Jared arrived with Paula and set immediately to work. They prepped and protected all the woodwork and covered all the furniture. It was a rainy day with high humidity so the paint was slow to dry for them to apply the second coat. So they offered to return later in the day to apply the second coat and finish up.
