"I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again."

"Jeramie and his team did impeccable work! They were professional and efficient. Very communicative and knowledgeable skilled workers. Jeramie went above and beyond on our project. He not only fixed our ceiling, but painted the room like new! This was great value for the job which included drywall repair/replacement, insulation install, texture, and painting. "These guys were fantastic. Replied quickly, bid quickly, scheduled fairly. When my blinds were delayed in arriving he rescheduled without hesitatingâ ¦they let me know when he would be arriving 10 minutes late (who does that any more?), did a fantastic job taking direction and installed just as asked and then showed me how to work the remote control.
