Matt, the owner, installed a motorized blind which worked fine but wasn't blackout as salesman had told us, This was a mistake on the part of the salesperson, not intentional but when we told Matt he didn't hesitate a second and ordered an additional shade to provide blackout which cost more than the first and he refused to take any payment, said we should get exactly what we expected and that the misunderstanding wasn't our fault.
