"The gentleman that owns Sroka Designs is extremely nice. He always showed up when he made an appointment. The product is fabulous and he did a great of installing the shutters. I had a cheaper quote from a competing company but this product was superior and there was no comparison between Sroka's customer service and friendlines to this other company. It's been over a year and despite numerous emails (over a dozen) with Amanda Zettel of Homemade Design, I still have not received the drapes or a refund. I was very satisfied with all of Homemade Design's work up until this experience."

"The salesperson was so thorough! He really took me through all the options available and did not try to steer me in one direction. There was great followup. The windows I chose were a bit more pricey than I would have liked, but after installation, I have to say I got my money's worth. Installation was timely and flawless, just one day to install all four windows. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully and caused a minimum of stress and fuss, considering what they were doing. All in all, a great experience. I can recommend Sears with a clear conscience."
