"We just purchased a new house and needed several things done. I put out an inquiry on here and Claudius was very responsive to my inquiry. He was available the next day to come and give us an estimate. He gave us a very reasonable quote so we decided to proceed with the quote. He was here the next business day to complete the work. He installed exterior shutter on 9 windows, installed 2 ceiling fans and replaced 2 broken light ballasts in our garage. He is extremely hard working, and his workmanship is perfect. He is also a very nice person, and easy to deal with. I’m sure we’ll be needing him at some point for something here or there around the house and I’ve already recommended him to a family member looking to have a patio done in the Spring. "The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."
